Kana is going to accomplish youth programmes according to the following blocks:

AEROBIC AND STRETCHING for unfit people - "Health school"

The activities are targeted at girls and women and will be held into 2 groups
per 20 people each. They will take place once a week per an hour.

The activities will be held on:

Mondays from 18.30 to 19.30

Trainer: Izabela Ba³trukiewicz

Thursdays from 18.30 to 19.30

Trainer: Katarzyna Dziuba
